Refund policy
We hope that you love our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with any item purchased through our website, then please email me personally; marva@shhhmenopausewellness.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange.
We reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds. Products must be at least 50% full to receive a full refund. You may not receive a (full) refund in cases where the product has been used beyond what is deemed reasonable to trial the product. For example, a product that is empty or almost empty. We reserve the right to say that our products may not be suitable for your skin and decline any further purchases from you.
Refunds exclude any delivery charges except for in cases where the entire order is returned. This policy is in place for customers who purchase directly from Shhh.... Products purchased via any other stockist must be returned to the original place of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
