TRANSDERMAL MAGNESIUM

Our Sleep Sound Magnesium H20 is formulated with deeply calming Magnesium Chloride that functions rapidly as it is taken up through the skin pores (transdermally) meaning that it bypasses the digestive system - allowing it be bioavailable and enabling it to act swiftly.

Magnesium is an essential mineral that is vitally involved in over 300 biochemical reactions in the body.

It's critical role affects muscle and nerve function, energy production, and the optimisation of neurotransmitters that influence sleep and relaxation, such as GABA.

Supplementing the body's levels of magnesium may help promote relaxation, reduce muscle tension, and improve quality of sleep.
Studies have shown its ability to increase sleep efficiency, reduce the time required to fall asleep, and enhance the duration of sleep.

One of the key menopausal changes is a decrease in the amount of deep sleep, or slow wave sleep, that occurs during the night. As this is the vital repair stage of the sleep cycle a disruption to this stage can lead to feelings of fatigue and a decreased ability to concentrate during the day.

SLOW WAVE SLEEP SUPPORT

Support for this stage of sleep can make a critical difference to symptoms and wellbeing.

Studies indicate that ingredients which are able to facilitate GABA activity can impact better sleep onset and duration.

MAGNESIUM & LAVENDER have both been scientifically
proven to support GABA activity.

MAGNESIUM is involved in the activation of the GABA receptors in the brain, which help it to perform its
vital function in the sleep cycle.

LAVENDER has been proven to increase slow-wave sleep by enhancing GABA with its active terpene constituent linalool.
